Hi guy's.

I've open my new salon few weeks ago. I'm by meself at the moment (hairdresser).

I'm seeking for nail tech, beautician and two more hairdresser. Salon is medium size. Main front room has 3 hair stations and two nail desk, just filled with two big windows. One small beauty room with beauty bed and desk. Another small room for hair washing, toilet kitchen ect. Salon is situated by petrol station, big tesco shop and railway.

I've got two interwievs today.

What rules should I set? What to ask them? What's the most importat to say or not? What's average rental charge?
How would you charge beautician who does nails as well.
I have some questions but I think the confidence isn't with me today.
Can you advice please?

Regards,
Whimsy Style ☺️

Are you wanting them all to be self employed? 60:40 to whoever supplies products is quite common x

Yes. All self-employed.
I don't really belive in %

Average daily rent for a hairdressing chair is roughly the cost of one cut and finish in that salon. This takes into account if you're based in a more or less affluent area.
