New salon

Hi I work for a new beauty salon and I know it's January and clients and treatments can be slow, but business is very quiet recently. No we have done lots of advertising, offers, vouchers, refer a friend etc. I was just wondering what everyone else has done to get the clients through door?? Any comments will be appreciated!! Xx
