Am looking at joining nhf more for the contract for my girls other then this anyone who part of the membership do they think it's worth it for salon ?

Yes, you get all contracts and staff handbooks included which are updated every time legislation changes plus loads of useful info like holiday/ absence reporting forms, leaflets on Health and safety stuff. I also got. Good discount on my PPL music licence and this year got my insurance cheaper by using their recommendation. You can also call the helpline with any HR questions relating to staff issues/ employment law etc. I think it's worth it.

Definitely worth joining and make sure you use the NHF benefits (of which there are lots). A lot of good articles as well.
