Non surgical facelift input

Had the original Perfector facelift machine for a long time and its finally packed up. As there were few around at the time I had nothing to compare it to. Does anyone have experience of the new Perfector machine, and also the Carlton Ultra Visage ? Both reasonably priced, I know Perfector have good after care and imagine Carlton would be the same? Any advice greatly received

I like the Cutera in uses pico and nano technology and gets great results.
