I would love to be able to offer my clients (driving depending) a gin and tonic or a glass of wine with some treatments, i work from home what would i need to do to make sure im breaking no rules please ?

You need to contact your local council, or look on their website. The rules may be different for a home salon and they differ from council to council.

We are a salon and in our area, we are allowed to give free alcohol but it can’t be dependent on a treatment as that is seen as selling, so we would have to allow someone walking in off the street a free drink. We only do it for open days and abide by this rule.

There may be, but it may be different with your council or borough. Some home salons need a minimum level 2 qualification, some don’t, so it’s not a one size fits all. I’d contact your council x

Plus you might need a liquor license which tends to be costly as hell.
