Orange brassy band on hair

Hello

I have gone from being super dark with purple/red tone to blonde as my hair kept kicking out the colour from previously being light. I have now been left with a band of orangey brassy Reddy hair in the middle of the hair shaft.

I was wondering what toner would be the best.. ideally using wella Illumina or similar just to use between next highlights
