Porosity equalizer!!

Hi geeks I've bough igora porosity equalizer to use on a client, I've never had to use one before there are no instructions on the bottle so not sure if I spray it on and leave the hair wet then apply colour or dry it in with hairdryer then apply colour? Xx

the oen i used before it was sprayed on and left if i remember correctly. . just coloured over the top off. . .but the hair wasnt soaked with it jus misted
