Any other pregnant therapists suffering with painful hips?? I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant, and wondering how others get through a full day of massage when your suffering from hip pain

Hi I am a registered midwife as well as an aesthetics practitioner. You could be suffering from SPD. Speak to your midwife about it, and she can give you some tips and exercises to do help. I hope it gets better soon xx

I had (and still have) SPD! My son is 2 in a few weeks and I still have problems.
The NHS physio can be really hit and miss (mainly miss). I couldn't afford it but I know mums who paid to go private. They said it helped a lot x
