Reaching silver grey hair

Hello, everyone. I'm struggling to get a silver grey hair, tried several hair tones and it havent went well. This is my hair now, bleached, toned (after first toning roots didnt take any and my hair went blueish and even greenish), so i toned them second time with semi perm levander dye. Any suggestions which perm/semi dye should i use to reach lightest silver grey? thank you.
