rebalance procedure?

ok hope im gonna make sence here,
i have a set of nataural tips on ready for a rebalance, now when the tip has grown down and you need a new smile line, how do i go about doing it.
do i have to apply white gel to this area or not, (gel user).

Yes, basically that's what you need to do, reapply white and pink as per the original application....have a read of Gigi's tutorial on rebalances, although that's aimed at l/p, the methodology is the same for gel too.
