Rent a chair-products supplied. Is this done?

Hi

As the question says, going into an already fully stocked salon to rent a chair, all products already there to be used. Is this done or are you always expected to supply your own? Xx

It depends what you have agreed with the salon owner. They will either take more commission off you or a bit more a day in rent.

If you can set your own treatment prices and timings and work when you want and are just paying rent or a percentage split then this is ok.

If the salon wants you to use their products with them setting the prices, timings and hours you work then this is not ok.
