Hey!
So, Im a self employed beauty therapist/nail twch and rent a room (shared) within a hair salon.. When i said shared i mean the owner do some beauty therapy work too but rare.. maybe around 40% of equipments are mine and 60% are hers (couch, nail table, wax kits) which i am still trying to build it to 50/50 or 60/40 at least..
And I pay 40% of what i make each day.. is this too much, just right or is reduction needed?
Bare in mind I do restock some of the equipments such as pads/wax strips from time to time
