Renting a beauty room

Hi,I would like to know some informations about renting a beauty room.I'm new in beauty,I have more than one year experience in lashes but my nvq in beauty and massage is new,only few months.I also finnish my microblanding course recently so actually that's what I wanna do,lashes and eyebrow microblanding.ofcourse I will practice all the beauty ,facial etc as well.
I will like to know if anyone rented a room without years of experience and what I need to know before I rent,any suggestions?any websites where can I find affordable rooms in London?
