Renting to trainers

Hi, I have a Salon in Manchester UK. We have a large space downstairs where we do aesthetics. I’ve been approached by a training Academy to ask if we can rent my room out to them for five days because I’ve not done this before I’m struggling to work out how much per day I should charge this person. Please can someone give me some advice Thank you
