Requirements for setting up a new clinic

Hi all

This is my first time using this forum. I don't come from a spa background but I've just bought a laser hair removal machine and I'm setting up in Lambeth, in London.

I'm going to be hiring someone to do the treatments for me but I wanted to get some advice on all certificates, qualifications,
Insurance and professional bodies we would need?

And anything else you think I may need to know.
