I did a new client last week and used 12.0 on her roots. Shes complained today saying that they are to warm. I myself thought it was to warm, it went more like a 12.3. She has now told me she thinks the salon she previously went to used a 9. If I cover with a 9 will that work? Should i use 9.0 or 9.1?

Anyone? How about goldwell 9NA? Its my first complaint, i feel so nervous going back to do it!

What do her ends look like?

Heres the pic i took

Is a 9 what she wants to aim for? I would put a 9.1 on the warm sections as the front looks fine to me but I can't see it very well
