Salon overheads?

Hi All,
Can you possible give me some ideas of monthly salon outgoings for the following?

Water
Phone
Insurances
Licenses
electricity
gas

Any figures would be appreciated. Salon is small to medium, with 3 hair dress outs, tanning room and nail tech.In the South of england.

Hi there

One of our salons runs 3 stylists and we spend the following on:

Rates £100 p/w
Electric £63 p/w
Water £10 p/w
Telephone £10 p/w
Broadband £10 p/w
Insurance £15 p/w
Buildings Insurance £13 p/w (paid to landlord)
Music Licenses and TV licence (needed if you have a computer!!) £5.50 p/w
