Could I ask for some advise? I just opened a salon.

My question is this... what do you do about staff treatments? When can staff have them? How much do they pay?

I want to be fair but I don't want them taking the Michael either.

It's a perk, but also is advertising for the salon. You want staffs hair to look the best.

Pay for stock and do it when we are not busy
