Scratch subscription help

On thursday night i think it was i placed an order to subscribe to scratch magazine through their website- filled in the form etc and im sure i pressed subscibe and not reset- but i still havent received an email confermation or anything like it and now i dont know if i pressed subscibe or not- has anyone placed a sub through the website and got an email?
I looked on the website to see if i could contact the sub department but thee was nothing

I placed an order last week too but now that you mention it I got no email confirming my order either.

Ive just checked and at the end of my order I got a message saying thanks for my order and that I will get an e-mail telling me when my subscription will start. Hope this helps.
