Self employed agreement contract

I've just found a girl who would like to set up a nail bar in my hair salon. Which is great. I'm supplying the desk but she would be providing all her own stuff. I would still like some kind of agreement on paper. Does anyone have a template that I could have a look at?

I don't but you can keep it super simple. I would charge a weekly rental, with hours available - for example she can only work when you're open, or does she get to have her own key? That way your agreement can simply be an intro period, agreed payments and then a notice period. Also make it clear that weekly rent is weekly rent, regardless of holidays etc. The only exception would be if you close and she can't work x
