Sienna X express tan

I had a Sienna X express spray tan this morning. Left it for 1h40, washed it off and after nearly 4h my skin just slightly changed the colour, but I can't say i have a tan. How dark Siena express tan usually is and how long do you advice to leave it on?

Not sure if it's like LA fast tan but when I wash that off its like u said but then after the next 12 hours it gets darker still. Not tried the Sienna fast yet
