signatures

Hello everyone,
Gracy has so kindly designed a signature for me but neither of us know how to up load it onto this site so that when we post a thread of reply to one it shows at the bottom as the signature. She has sent it to my own personal email address at Wanadoo at the moment. Does anyone know how to do this please?
