Ha!!! I don't sleep much and spend way too much time online in the middle of the night
Lavender buds help with insomnia. Just get a sachet of pure lavender buds - careful cause there are mixtures too- and put it on your bed head or inside your pillow case.
Or if you can find clean edible lavender you can make tea, mix just a few buds with your regular tea. You will sleep easily through the night
