Hi everyone,

I trained in NVQ level 2 Beauty therapy over 12 years ago but never did anything with the qualification. Since having children I'd really like to be able to work from home around the children but specialising only in waxing so that I can be really competent. I've already made enquiries into refresher training in waxing with the one and only Kim lawless but I'd like some opinions on facility/location please.

I know there are a number of you on here who specialise in waxing only but do you have your own salons? What is everyone's thoughts on doing it from home? Do you think people would be comfortable coming to a home location for waxing - including intimate waxing?

Thanks

Lucy

Kim's training is amazing and she will give you the confidence you need with intimate waxing.
With regards to the home salon, you need to ensure the area is private and clean with no chance of family members walking in! Clients will come to you because they like you, you're discreet and you do an excellent job, removing every hair quickly and efficiently.

GReat thankyou!
