Hey all, I need abit of help well loads of help. I'm just starting up my salon and I have the location of my salon which isn't a busy high street but is still in the city centre area.
What I wanted to ask is if it would it be best if I start off charging a percentage of earnings or rent the chairs out? I also have plans for a nail bar and Beauty treatment rooms to rent out.
Also I am not a hairdresser or beauty professional so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks 
