Hi
i bought some striping tape yest and was having a play last night, it's all curling at ends and won't stay down. What have I done wrong? i put varnish on let dry then put tape on going past nail sides, cut to size then put on a top coat.

Hi Claire,
Do you cut the tape just short of the edge of the nail (only just mind) any overlapping or 'right up to the edge' will catch and come right off.
I always run a cotton bud over mine too, just a light pressure ... to make sure it is adhered properly in the first place, then I top coat.
Hope youre using tweezers to help you too, it doesnt take much gripping of the tape-ends, for the oil in your fingers to reduce the sticking power of the edges.
Hope this helps a bit x.

Hi

Thanks, that should do the trick.

Little bit of nail glue on the end of the tape works great for me!
