I am very new to this forum, and this is my first post.
I have recently launched an ultrasound liposuction treatment room inside a gym in central london. However, unfortunately I have not yet had a client yet. I have done a launch party that nobody turned up for (flyering didn't seem to bring the people in) and now I am advertising on Facebook and it is not resulting in enquiries.
I wonder if I am not using the right marketing channels or if it really is this slow at this time of the year. Any suggestions? xx
