Upstairs salon: Pros & Cons

Hi, sorry if my posts are getting predictable and boring but I need more help! I have found another salon for rent but this one is upstairs above a hairdresses (but it does have its own door).

I want to know what you think the pros and cons are of being upstairs and if you have an upstairs salon how ideal is it on a day-to-day basis?
