Wax pot lid sticking on

I found I couldn't get the lid off this morning [emoji33] and was very glad I'd bought several pots

Is there a trick to it not sticking? Or a way to get it off? Thanks

If it's a plastic pot you could always try popping it in the microwave just long enough to soften the wax.

It is, thank you, hadn't thought of that.
I've run Vaseline around the neck of the new pot so hopefully that will stop it happening again!

Are you talking about the wax heater or the pots the wax come in?

If it's the pots i usually put it upside down in some hot water for a minute to soften it. Opens no problem x
