Wella toner help

Hi everyone just wondering what toner u would use to achieve the blonde on this pic if the hair had lifted to a lovely shade of yellow . I wanna say 8.38 in but dont knw wether I should use somethin in either illumina or colour touch bearing in mind I have never used illumina so suggestions would be great thanks in advance x
