What would you do?

So I have been mobile for 3 years after leaving my salon job to be at home with the young kids.
I gave now got to a point where I'm fed up of the last minute cancellations and working eves
I have been offered a salon manager position for a very good company about 30 mins away
I have a friend who is prepared to take on some of my mobile work, I haven't been to see this salon yet so not sure what package they are offering
What would you do??

Impossible to say until you know what they are offering re training, salary, progression within the company. Depends if you are happy to go back to having a boss & a more structured life I suppose

Would you take your clients with you?

I like the idea of a more stucture, garenteed pay, holiday pay, no eves - maybe 1, etc
The salon is abit far for my clients to follow me but I no my friend would look after them x
