Where's the best place to open a salon right now?

Hey guys, in the middle of a market research for a new salon opening and was wondering what your opinion was on where the best place to open a salon is right now? Where do you think has the biggest market and where do you think a new salon would succeed better to start off with?

I'm simply asking for opinions please don't write ''oh do you know how hard it is'' or ''you should know this'' just answer the question point blank as it has nothing to do with my research I'm just curious to see who thinks what and if it's accurate to my prediction. Even if you have a quick guess

A salon opening right now?
It's Freshers Week for many Uni's so a pop-up shop just offering basic services such as wet/dry cuts with mini goody bags alongside the usual clubs/societies.
Probably not what you meant though...
