Yearly bills

Getting my business plan together and I'm struggling to work out my electric/water bills etc. trying to forecast for year 1.

Can anybody share roughly how much they pay? Looking at a small ish shop with 2-4 therapists, will be running a washing machine & tumble drier too and opening 6 days a week! Any help would be appreciated

What is the size of the premises and what kind of heating is there ?
