3D Bows
How to apply:
1，paint the accent nail, stamped it, and then add top coat (seche vite).
2，let the top coat mostly dry (for only a couple seconds - it dries fast)
3，put a very small amount of rhinestone glue on the bow
4，stuck it to the nail.
