Hmm, I'm interested to find out. It very well could be an authorised education ambassador as there are a few round Ireland and maybe you do need to order direct from the main guys in Ballymount for your kit and all that, that makes sense but it doesn't sound like an authorised EA, they wouldn't say any old lamp is ok!
Yeah I don't believe that advice would be given by anyone authorised to train. Sure she needs to buy her shellac kit anyway so if it were a genuine trainer surely they would be telling her to get the lamp. I always thought you just get your kit when you go for your training, obviously you've to buy it like, but I'd have thought anyone doing training would have kits for sale in the training facility.
