  • Sorry it's taken so long to reply. Obviously haven't been on here enough!
    I love pole dancing. It is an amazing upper body workout. Helps with your stomach muscles as well. Just watch out for the bruises. My legs tend to be cover in them...just like my son's legs!!
    Currently enjoying the wonderful sunshine down on the beach. Unfortunately I've still not finished on my NVQ paperwork. 4 weeks to go...pull your finger out!

    I see you have an interest in pole dancing, my friends at college and I are thinking of doing some classes to keep fit.... I have been told its one of the best workouts to do....do you agree? have a good week. x
