Hi Tracy. Regarding the Shellac picture, it's two coats of Black Pool, both fully cured. Then working one finger at a time, I polished about 1/4 of the bottom of the nail with Iced Coral. Using a very thin nail art brush, I pulled the color up to create the flares. When I had done all five fingers, I cured the hand for 2 minutes then applied top coat.
