    Lash extension client demanding refund

She needs to come in for you to have a look and once she has you can make a decision, I always say I rectify a problem and don’t refund. You could offer a partial refund maybe if she hasn’t pulled them out or a credit for another treatment.

    Lash lift

A lot of people think the smallest shield will give the best lift, intact in most cases it doesn’t and the medium shield will look best. The small shield is for very short lashes and can often look too lifted on longer lashes

Natalie fella is an amazing trainer near you, she’s an independent trainer, I would never bother with a large company again. Layla hinchen is also brilliant in Essex. Awards and competitions mean nothing, look at the trainers work and the students work.

To train in henna or not?

I offer HD Brows and Henna brows, a lot of my clients now have the Henna brows rather than the tint but both are still popular. I offer henna brows training and use brow henna in my training courses purely because it’s the best I’ve used after trying a few brands. I also use brow henna on my...
