do you think if I painted in between a 7.00 or 8.00+7.00 equal parts on the regrowth that'd be ok? I want her roots to grow in better. She's a natural level 7. I can only use a semi on the ends, as I need to both lift and cover her grey hair (which is resistant)

So on my lady I usually do an 8.00 on her level 7 roots all over. She's only got grey at the front on her head but its very resistant. I'm doing a full head highlights today to get her lighter, and I'm not sure what to use as her tint/in between colour now. If I keep her base colour a level 8...

I've read the instructions, and it mentions to apply step number 3 for one minute, rinse, and then apply again. Do I leave it on another minute? Also do I shampoo at all during the process?

Can I ask why a colour remover under heat for 30 minutes, wouldn't even budge black box dye? Even bleach with 30 vol did barely anything! If there something else going on, such as silicone build up or something? Usually removers work well when I use them

I've use crazy colour, Fudge paintbox and quif blast and the only one I'd tend to wanna use again is Quif. I'm after a range that have a good array of shades, last as long as possible for a direct dye, and fade nicely. What do you all use and why? And I don't use olaplex

So for hair that wasn't very porous you'd opt for a demi/quasi? And for very porous you'd use a direct dye/semi?

With all these permanent and demi/qausi fashion colours out such as Matrix Watercolours and Igora Pearlescense, I'm wondering if they would last longer than their semi/direct dye equivalents on bleached hair?
