I've read the instructions, and it mentions to apply step number 3 for one minute, rinse, and then apply again. Do I leave it on another minute? Also do I shampoo at all during the process?

Can I ask why a colour remover under heat for 30 minutes, wouldn't even budge black box dye? Even bleach with 30 vol did barely anything! If there something else going on, such as silicone build up or something? Usually removers work well when I use them

Which colour line offers the best education for those mobile hairdressers, who aren't ordering massive orders like the salons are? I'm wanting a brand which I can get good education with, but schwarzkopf are too pricey for me. I know matrix so happy hours, not sure how they work though
