Hi Littlewood, Make sure you really shake the bottle and wipe off any excess polish on the brush before you apply. If you're still finding it difficult to get a neat smile line take a nail art brush with a tiny bit of disperse and just tidy up the edges :) Hope this helps!

Hi Pampam, Sorry I can't answer for IBX but you need to have a 250 watt bulb or a infrared bulb for Minx. The Minx lamp does have a dimmer if your customers find it to be too hot. Hope this helps!

Hi Jay R, Due to the quick drying nature of Vinylux you need to make sure that the rim is kept clean, the polishes are not in direct sunlight and be sure to shake them thoroughly before use. You can't use thinners to help with this unfortunately. Hope this helps :)

It might because chunky glitter layers over each other so not every piece will be in full contact with the tacky layer. You could use ultra fine to fill in the gaps maybe? We've had a lot of people come back with positive feedback about Lecente glitters
