I did the part time course about 2 years ago. It's a fab college with a great reputation. It's more expensive than some but honestly think it's worth it. Other colleges may be cheaper but their reputation won't be like YCOB. Good luck :) x
I wonder if that's what my problem has been?! I've tried everything I could think of but have always used an extension reel. Fingers crossed! Thanks Cheekychick :) x
Can plugging in to an extension affect the lamp then? I've been having massive problems with my Gelish chipping/peeling and am pulling my hair out! I've always used an extension lead, could this be why?
Hi all,
I've just taken over a salon that used to stock and use Payot. I've switched to another brand and been told I can return the Payot to them and they'll credit my account with the value of stock returned.
The only problem is that I need to send a Payot order form with the stock to prove...
Hi, I've been using them since April and I love it [emoji7]!
I attended one of their training courses and bought the mini kit. I've had very little problems (considering I was a newbie to tanning!!)
I also use their self tan mousse which is also great, both smell gorgeous too!
Red 10 in Doncaster for Gelish and they do extensions and Sweet Squared in Leeds for Shellac, CND extensions.
There will be courses available at local beauty colleges too, have a look on Google :)
I haven't been no, I think I'm a bit scared they're going to turn round and tell me that there's no way they'd rebook because I'm rubbish!!! It's a good idea, I will woman up and try it! ;)

I qualified in level 2 beauty in February this year and then did a spray tan and nail enhancement course.
I'm a career changer (40 next year [emoji22]!) and couldn't face the thought of working for someone as a newbie so set up as a mobile therapist.
I've been going since May and have...
I did the conversion course a couple of months ago and LOVE the hot wax! It's really easy to use, fab result with little redness after.
However I was hugely unimpressed with the strip. I found it difficult to use and my model said it was more painful then usual. I'm using the two tubs in the kit...
I was taught small circles too. I'm a newbie too, did my course in March. I've had to really watch my coverage, I've missed areas occasionally, usually on inside of legs.
