Here it is 6 days after.

Well my hair has all snapped off around the front so I look like I have a receding hairline. I go back there today to speak to her. And now this is what it is like.

Is it the 2 day Shellac course for beginners? The other courses are over 6 weeks and for full systems, from what I can see. I have read it and it doesn't say whether you then become qualified or not but I would assume so as I would assume you would learn how to manicure too? I could be wrong...

What is the 2 day course you are thinking of taking? Having your own nails looking fab is always good, then friends and family, neighbours etc.

I think they are lower UV - not entirely sure but they work quicker than the UV lamps so much less exposure.

People get sick of bad salons though eventually and when they do discover a good one, either themselves or via word of mouth. They are impressed :)

I couldn't work mobile for random strangers, I would feel uneasy doing this but I would feel uneasy entering strangers properties for any job. Lots do it though without problems :)

My friend is using the Edge system and I am really impressed with her results to be honest - only problem she is having is the lifting around the edges.

Have you considered renting the room space out? Has she an existing clientele already? If not, and you aren't advertising greatly, she may go elsewhere when the customers aren't coming in quickly - especially if it is commission based. If you do a search there are plenty of threads and it...

It might be better to just get product training with an actual company - instead of just getting a random training certificate then having to set yourself back flitting between Nail products and suppliers.
