After I have filed and buffed etc I usually use cleanse but will d.sperse do the same job please? Also can this be used to clean up while gel polishing? Or is it better to use remover? Thank you

Hi, so basically i was redoing my nails when the inlaws turned up and i had to just leave my nails at the foundation layer and remove stickyness :(. What should i do now to be able to put a colour on?? Soak in remover or just remove shine and start again?? Thank you
