If she had an issue she should have came to you where you could have advised her. Of course the other hair dresser will slag off your work beacuse she is probably upset she came to you instead of her. I would not refund her.

They don't offer training i trained with sienna X as well and now only use the Lauren's way product on my clients now.

With the Lauren's way Solution 60 i use i have slept in it but i never went really dark i would say max 12% it does keep developing afte you wash it off but no darker than 12%

Never use acetone to remove bond it is too harsh for the hair and will dry the hair out use proper remover only

i would say people that want to be really dark and already have olive skin i only have a few clients that like this

I would go for 10% or 12% max

Most machines can but make sure this doesn't effect your warranty as i think it does with Sienna x
