I used to use NSI platinum forms which I liked but they were fairly expensive.
I now use the INK London forms, originally because they come in a 300 and a 500 pack (and an even bigger pack but I cant remember the exact number). I find they stick better than the NSI ones and prefer the shape of...

I’ve managed to find a multi coloured one - although they’re pricier than I’d expected!
When I first started working as a nail tech an older tech in my salon had a small V shaped tool for removing the sharp edges from her files - I believe it was by OPI.
Just wondering if anyone knows what it’s called or where I could get one from, taking the sharp edges off files is my least...
I think Suzie normally uses a Saeyang (although haven’t watched any videos of hers recently). I know saeyang do an efile that looks very similar to the manipro passport.
I have a manipro original efile and if I was to purchase again I’d probably go for a saeyang! I’ve had issues with the RPM...
Does she put her hand too flat in the lamp? It sounds odd but sometimes (especially with darker colours) the sides of the thumbs don’t cure properly, try curing the thumbs separately or getting the client to lift their thumbs so they’re not flat to the bottom of a lamp whilst curing.
Unfortunately they’ve usually picked the whole thing off by the time they’ve come in! Usually leaving behind a sore looking natural nail [emoji20]
It’s difficult to know what to do when they also confess to picking/biting/not wearing gloves etc.
I’ll see if I can get some pictures of where...
Here are some photos, I don’t have any side view pictures unfortunately!
Camo nails client always has perfect nails with no lifting even though she’s a hairdresser!
Blue nails client has issues with lifting, only thing I can think of is that she goes to the gym regularly (bashes them on...
I recently switched from NSI to CJP acrylic, which I’m loving!
75% of my clients nails have been perfect but a couple are coming back losing nails, chipping/breaking etc.
Has anyone got any troubleshooting tips?
I know you need to work drier with CJP, but does CJP need to be applied...
I used to use the NSI durafiles (I think that’s what they’re called?) but have now switched to INK London files, they’re pretty much identical to NSI in terms of durability, shape, performance etc but cheaper [emoji4]
Louella Belle are doing 50% off and free shipping over £50 with a discount code sent via email however I think the code is personal to your account. Might be able to make an account and email them asking for a code!
Mine is: DOT-1IE-5D4-IT5
Don’t know if it will work on other people’s accounts...
I’ve got a kneeling chair from Amazon, was about £55 I still get shoulder pain but no where near as bad.
I’ve also tried a saddle stool but I found it made my lower back ache xxx
Yep, and probably expensive ☹️
I’ve been looking at the “Chloe styling chair” which is lovely, but also best part of £300. Not sure if venturing into brows would be worth the trouble of reshuffling everything in the salon!
For my salon it’s a little large! However it would be good to be able to double up a nail desk chair as a brow chair. I’m not sure if the arms would fit under my table either!
I’ve seen salons use lower backed armchairs with neck pillows which may be a thought for me!
