My thumbs always go first. As Ciderella said, I use them to open things, pick at things etc. If I was one of my clients however, I would be reminding myself that we do not use our nails as tools!

I found this today when I did my sisters nails. Her biggest finger nail is the same size as my pinky nail. The brush was just far too big.

Oh Hun that's awful! Ok so what you can try is to put your hands and feet in hot water (don't burn yourself but as hot as you can comfortably stand) and an ice pack on the back of your neck. It's a bit of an awkward one to do, but if nothing else is helping!

The salon said aloe Vera and cold clothes to take the heat out, but the aloe just stung a huge amount. Unfortunately I was at a wedding over the weekend and I couldn't lift my arms. I also wouldn't dare put deodorant on so I'm probably going to be tagged in all the pictures as the stinky one...

Just wanted to say, today I discovered putting deep freeze (the muscle gel) on my head during a migraine was amazing! I usually use those sticky cool patches or an ice pack. But today I tried this and I wish I had done it before. The only thing I would say is don't put it too near your eyes...
