    Any advice on root smudge over highlights? Colour touch 5.1 and 7.1 or 6.71.....anyone used these colours. Just want to cover natural base 6 and to not get any gold or lift.

    My client is a base 5 and we have done 55/65 all over and she now wants 7/7....it has faded abit. Shall I put the colour straight on or do I have to do a bleach bath first?
