Would this work if you were doing an ombré with pink , yellow and green ?

Right now I use IBD gel top coat and gel bonder ... I've noticed recently that when I do my friends nails and my nails that I get a lot of lifting ... is there any other ones you can recommend that work better or is it something that I'm doing that's causing the lifting ?

I'm in a training week for a discount nail salon and they do their pedicures differently than I was taught I was wondering if anyone can give me the procedure for their way of doing a pedicure ... At the salon I am getting my training at I see them use a corn plane , a yellow sponge on the feet...

I can't remember if you are able to put gel polish over a full set of gel nail extensions.... I did a full set of gel nail extensions on myself and I want to put gel polish over too but I don't remember if I can or not
