Oh bonus if they have it, none of our wholesalers up here have ever stocked it, I only happened to try it from the Goldwell rep. It is a lovely colour just annoying it’s never been on a shade chart to see the swatch.

It’s a tad more pink than rose gold, lovely colour, though it’s discontinued. Also tried to recreate it with 8R and P mix and another time with 8N, R mix and P mix but wasn’t the same.

This isn't fair what is happening. I would get out of there. They are trying to have their cake and eat it. If u don't have much of a client base then u have the opportunity to start over somewhere. When the boss said its not worth her doing it if ur taking half of it, same works the other way...

Thank you for replying. I didn't do right up to the root area so she still had a lot of her natural colour anyway so thinking it could maybe have dulled down. As a toner would fade anyway should I be charging for toning again as its another treatment?
